Gateway to Optimal Health - Accessible Information for Veterans

Location: VA Flint Community Based Outpatient Clinic (2360 S. Linden Rd. Flint, MI 48532)
 
The Office of Veterans Experience and Employee Engagement is helping to create an optimal Veteran experience by having professionals onsite who will hear your concerns and/or compliments. A Patient Advocate and the Program Coordinator will be visiting the VA Flint Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at 2360 South Linden Rd. Flint, MI 48532 to provide face-to-face service as we work to ensure timely resolution of your concerns. The MyHealtheVet Coordinator will also be onsite to offer assistance with accessing your medical record, refilling your prescriptions, and much more!

- Questions or concerns about your healthcare, eligibility, and/or
endorsement
- Billing questions about VA and Non-VA Community Care
- Guidance for filing a disability claim
- Beneficiary Travel concerns
 
Brief Legal Advice Clinic for Veterans

Brief Legal Advice Clinic at Toledo VA CBOC
Volunteer attorneys are available to answer legal questions for veterans. Walk-ins only, no prior registration is required. Please note that attorneys are available to answer questions only, they are not available to provide legal representation.

Vietnam Veterans Commemoration & Clinic Grand Re-Opening Event

VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System will host a Vietnam Era Veterans Commemoration event along with a Clinic Grand Re-Opening on Thursday, May 17, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the VA Flint Community-Based Outpatient Clinic located at 2360 S. Linden Rd. Flint, MI 48532. Join us as we offer the thanks of our nation to Vietnam Era Veterans and highlight the recent expansion and renovation of the VA Flint CBOC. The event will include a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, Vietnam War Commemoration & Pinning Ceremony (which will start at 11:30 a.m.) with Vietnam Veteran and Congressional Medal of Honor recipient, LTC Charles S. Kettles, and a Vietnam War 50th Anniversary Exhibit. This event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be provided.

No registration or referrals are required. Just pick one of the classes being offered to attend. Drop-ins are welcome!
