Spring Memorial Service
Canton Young Marines honor Veterans at VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System during the facility's biannual memorial service.

The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System holds a special memorial service twice a year to honor the deceased Veterans who received health care at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System which includes the Flint, Jackson and Toledo Community Based Outpatient Clinics. The memorials are held in the fall and spring and acknowledge Veterans of all eras. Approximately 200 family and friends attend, along with many VA volunteers and providers. The Veterans' loved ones are provided with a small token of remembrance as their Veteran's names are read out loud during the ceremony by a Soldier in uniform. Loved ones are invited to bring in pictures of their loved one for display throughout the memorial.
