A small group of congressional representatives joined VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System on May 23 at the VA Toledo Community Based Outpatient Clinic for the dedication of a Congressional Medal of Honor received by Ohio Civil War Veteran Wilson W. Brown. Brown received the Medal from President Lincoln for participating in "Andrew’s Raid" during the Civil War. The Medal of Honor was kindly donated for display by his great-great granddaughter Linda Schwartz and the event was attended by several family members.
