• Laboratory Services:  Please contact the clinic to arrange an appointment.
• Prescriptions: Routine prescriptions are processed through the mail or My HealtheVet.

Driving Directions

1. Take I-94 west toward JACKSON.
2. Merge onto US-127 South via EXIT 142 toward HUDSON.
3. Take the M-50 exit toward MONROE.
