About the Program

The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System has a large, well-funded research and development program including studies in -

Our research program is accredited by the National Commission for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for its Human Subjects Protection Program, and the Association for Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care.

Services Offered

Our current research studies enhance the medical center's ability to provide state-of-the-art medical techniques and treatments to veterans.

The Ann Arbor Center of Excellence focuses on clinical practice management issues for those conditions that account for a large proportion of the costs and preventable morbidity and mortality in the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).
